We are open to various topics and themes within the field of public relations but here are some common themes:

  • Incorporate bullet points or numbered lists for key takeaways.

  • Include visuals (images, infographics) to break up text and enhance understanding.

  • Incorporate relevant images, infographics, or videos to enhance engagement.

  • Ensure images are high quality and support the content.

  • Use relevant keywords naturally throughout the content.

Frequency of Posts
We welcome blog posts from all members and aim to publish weekly.

Author Attribution
We will include an attribution to contributors. Although not necessary, we welcome a brief bio and photo.

Engagement and Interaction
Guidelines for handling feedback and questions are to be determined if comments are enabled.

Promotion and Sharing
PRSA-Phoenix will promote blogs through social media channels (X, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Members are encouraged to promote their blogs on social media and tag PRSA-Phoenix. PRSA-Phoenix will amplify blogs shared by authors on personal social media channels.

Pitch us your blog idea in a few short sentences any day of the week. We will get back to you within 48 hours to finalize your deadline. We are committed to creating a submission schedule that works for you.

Images and Copyright
Choose images that are high-resolution and relevant to the content of your blog post. Use visuals that enhance understanding and engagement. Use images from reputable sources that provide licenses for commercial use or are labeled for reuse, such as stock photo websites. Consider creating your infographics, charts, or illustrations to add a unique touch to your content. If required by the image license, provide proper attribution to the creator or source. Include attribution information within the blog post or in a credits section. Avoid using images without proper permissions or licenses. Respect copyright laws and intellectual property rights.

Metrics and Analytics
We will track the success of blog posts by monitoring page views and social media engagement.
